You could do an indoor picnic! That’d be a cute idea :] have a friend come over and help you move the couches out of the way ((since you can’t do it hehe)) and lay out a blanket with any appetizers and buy him any wine and yourself any grape juice and have an indoor picnic! :]
I agree with the dinner, you could also make it a spa date night after playing a board game after the dinner, just get a baby oil out and you can give a massage to each other. You could ask him to give you a pedicure since it might start to be difficult to get your hands to your feet .
